We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wecare@rarerz.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’ve made our return and refund process straightforward.
